Replacements
  • A window period of 7 days from the order getting delivered is granted to the customer to replace the product(s).
  • The product(s) should be in unused condition and should have all the tags attached to it.
  • To generate replacement request customer needs to drop an email on custsupport@exaire.in. The email should mention the Order ID and the Reason as to why the customer wants to replace it.
  • The Reverse pick up facility is available only at select pin codes.
  • Customers self shipping the product(s) need to make sure that it is securely packed to avoid any transit damage.
  • After receiving the product and checking its intactness, a time period of 7 working days is required for the replacement product to be shipped. You will be receiving all the necessary updates in your account regarding it.
 
Returns:
Only Replacements/exchanges are allowed.
However, if a defected or a misprinted product reaches the customer, Exaire replaces it at no additional charges. You just have to share the images to  custsupport@exaire.in
 
Cancellations:
  • Customer can log in to their account(s) and raise a cancellation request(s).
  • Customers will not be able to cancel the product(s) after it has been dispatched.
Images:
  • The images of the items on the website are for illustrative purposes only.
  • Every effort has been taken to display the colours accurately, but every display monitor's settings are different therefore the items may vary.
  • All sizes and measurements of items are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are accurate as possible.
Delivery:
  • On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
  • Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. Exaire will not have any liability to compensate on orders whose delivery has been postponed.
Intellectual Property Rights:
Exaire holds all the intellectual property rights and any infringement to it by any one will be subjected to legal actions.
